Systems and Tools

  • Remember how I said you live and die by your systems? That truth is so important I do an analysis for everyone to make sure you are running as efficient as you can
  • I do a full Systems Audit and then we figure out if another system is best for your business

In our first strategy call we dive deep into what your goals are for your business over the next year, 6 mo, and the next 90 days.

By this point I will have done a market analysis and we can dive into what you’ve done well and what you need to continue.

We will also dive into what pivot’s we may need to make in your business (insert gif of Ross yelling PIVOT!)

All of this information will come together to create a solid and winning strategy for making your business the kind of success you want and need.

    • Slack messages
    • Voxer
    • Phone Call (US only)
    • Zoom

After our session you will receive:

  • Task list is introduced into your choice of task management system:
    • Trello
    • Asana
    • Clickup
  • Additional calls can be added and are billed at $75 per hour

Team Management

  • Managing a team is EXTREMELY time consuming.
  • You need someone to keep everyone on the tracks and moving in the right direction.
  • Hiring the right team members is essential
  • Onboarding new members is an integral part of growing and scaling (this is a huge part of the system and tool audit)

Each month you will get:

  • 60 min strategy call as outlined above.
  • Minimum of 4 hours of support.

The first month’s investment includes 2 additional hours of support for on-boarding and systems and tools setup.

Add-on’s Available

  • Packages up to 15 hours per month available until filled.

Your Investment

  • First Month – $375
  • Min Per Month Cost – $275

This base package is for someone who needs to be held accountable. It’s emails back and forth and maybe a brief phone call when things get sticky. This can also include proofreading content and making sure it lines up with the goals we have established in the Strategy Calls.
