This program is designed to give you a custom made for you workout program which encompasses both your body and your mind. You will learn everything from short guided meditations, a progressive workout program that takes your goals and dreams into account, and gets you on the path to creating a new habit around listening to your body and moving it regularly.
Science has proven that it takes on average 66 days to create a new habit. So this program is designed with this in mind. 66 days of movement and mindset work to begin the process of making it a routine that can continue for years to come.
- This program is designed for anyone who is tired of the off again on again rat race that sometimes happens with dieting and exercise.
- For those who haven’t worked out in a while and know that they need someone there to help them stay accountable and working the program.
- It’s for those who aren’t confident in a gym setting and really would prefer to start at home and then work their way into the gym.
- And it’s for those who just don’t have time to spend half the day working out. They need to get in, get it done, and get on with their day!
Here’s what’s included in the program:
- 60 min call to really dive deep into your goals and aspirations for the next 66 days
- We create an action plan
- I design and deliver a custom workout tailored to your needs and with your goals in mind
- We do 1 live workout per week
- Additional workouts can be purchased
- Workouts can be done in person or via Skype/Zoom
- A Private Facebook group to get help and inspiration from me and others who are also going through the program.
