Beginner Bootcamp

Exercise saved my life. I suffer from clinical depression and one of the best things I’ve done for myself in the last 5 years has been moving my body, listening to it, learning from it, and focusing on how I FEEL when I exercise. 

This knowledge led me to get my personal training certificate. I want to help you learn to love your body just where it is and along the adventure of where you will take it. I want to help you focus on how moving your body makes you feel not only physically but also emotionally. It all matters. The numbers don’t matter as much. Skinny does NOT equal healthy. I’ll go into much greater detail about this later. 

The bodyweight beginner bootcamp requires nothing but you showing up and doing the movement. I wanted to create a series of movements that will introduce you to movement and help you understand not only how to interpret what your body is trying to tell you but also learn proper techniques to prevent injuries later on down the road! 

Exercise saved my life. And I believe there is so much improvement to be made within the industry. I want to teach you how to enjoy moving your body and create a positive experience when it comes to exercise. This foundation is critical for successful lifestyle change.
